Pet Policy
Southwind at Silverlake is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A pet fee of $300 applies for one pet, or $600 for two, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Our pet deposit is $200 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process.
