The front desk people were great! (Particularly Jennifer and Ashley). They answered all of my many questions, and I didn't feel rushed. Based on them alone, I'm would apply at Southwind.

The moment I walked in the leasing office building I was greeted with an amazing scent. The office smelled so heavenly, and they had refreshments as well like fresh baked cookies. Angelica was literally waiting for me as I walked in the office building I was greeted immediately. I was looking to tour and we got straight to it. The property is very peaceful, clean, and you can tell that it’s well managed. Angelica was Amazing!! She had such a friendly personality and was very knowledgeable and respectful. The apartment 2b2b model was very nice and the rooms were very spacious which I loved. I look forward to this place being a home in my future.

This was by far the best move in experience I ever had. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Everyone was so polite and was very knowledgeable. I’m very glad that I made this place my new home.

Southwind Apartments at Silverlake in Pearland is a great place to call home beautiful living and the Property Manager and Staff are Absolutely Amazing if you're looking for a new place to call home this property is a must see!!
