What can I say about these apartments. Let’s start with the staff very professional caring and the communication is over the top they always answer all questions and the call backs are on point. Mrs. Misty dont play her residents come first. I had a issue with my door within 5 minutes the maintenance guy was knocking he had the supplies on property to fix immediately haven’t had a problem again.. The grounds are kept spotless our mailbox area is highly protected never have to worry about mail missing or theft. My neighbors are amazing we look out for each other in our building an the kids. I would highly recommend these apartments and the location can’t get any better..

Ashley was amazing from the first day I toured up until my approval for the unit and even know after me being approved she’s still just very time efficient & worked well with me! She also made sure she could answer all of the questions I had being my first apartment in Houston! I truly appreciate her work ethic !

The moment I walked in the leasing office building I was greeted with an amazing scent. The office smelled so heavenly, and they had refreshments as well like fresh baked cookies. Angelica was literally waiting for me as I walked in the office building I was greeted immediately. I was looking to tour and we got straight to it. The property is very peaceful, clean, and you can tell that it’s well managed. Angelica was Amazing!! She had such a friendly personality and was very knowledgeable and respectful. The apartment 2b2b model was very nice and the rooms were very spacious which I loved. I look forward to this place being a home in my future.
